Booking and Payment

The property is let to you for the period stated on the booking form.

To guarantee your dates a deposit payment of 30% will be asked for.

Balance 60 days before arrival date, if cancellation 4 weeks before the arrival date mentioned on the booking form, the deposit payment & full payment are non-refundable.

YOU ARE ADVISED TO GET TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR LOSSES

As a standard, all our apartments on the website count with the following amenities, included on the rental amount:

  • Wireless Internet High Speed
  • TV with over 200 satellite channels
  • All costs for electricity and water
  • Towels (one per person) and bed material for all guests
  • Basic hygiene products
  • Soap for the dishwasher, soap for washing machine
  • Welcome basket
  • Cleaning of the apartment
  • High speeed internet connection.
  • Washing machine
  • Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwashers
  • Central heating

The client shall not sublet or assign the property or any part of it.

The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the property is specified on your booking form.

Arrival & Keys & Lock Outs:

Once you have informed your approximate arrival time in DIJON, then either it will be Beatrice Renau manager of the apartment or her helper who will be waiting for you at the apartment, to show you around and then hand you over 2 set of keys.

CAUTION DEPOSIT : not needed, all that we ask is that you look after the apartment and if needed payment for :

  • Missing keys
  • Damage to household appliances misuse
  • Lost or broken appliances in general
  • Damage to the floor, walls, doors, stairs, etc.
  • Damage to furniture, home furnishings, utensils
  • Stains or tears in linens and bath
  • Fines relating to misconduct with neighbours and common parts of the building

Furniture and effects at the Property

The Visitor may not remove any of the furniture or effects from the property and will be liable for any furniture or effects damaged or missing from the property. Furniture must be returned to its original position.

Liability

Beatrice Renau Owner/Manager of the apartments on the website www.dijonrentahome.com
shall not be liable to the client:

  • for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property nor in respect of any equipment, machinery, or appliance in the mentioned property.
  • for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, strikes, war or other matters beyond the control of the owners M et Mme Beatrice Renau.
  • for all responsibility in cases of theft and any accident or incident due to items of furniture in the apartment.

General Conduct

The client must not smoke within the property or else a de-odorising fee will apply, 300 euros.

The client must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

The client must comply with the By-Laws that apply to the property and shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers (eg. loud music).

The client must, every time they depart the property, securely lock doors and windows, and switch off lighting, appliances and water to conserve resources and avoid damage.

The client shall immediately report any repairs required or damage to the property manager.

Animals are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Manager.

Groups that will celebrate bachelor parties are not accepted.

In order to respect the neighbours and family environment, we do not accept reservations from people who will conduct illegal activities or invite company of streetwalker(s) during their stay in the apartment.

The apartment must be returned tidy, fridge emptied, all bottles placed in the bin of the building of where you are staying. The property must be vacated by the client and keys returned to Mme Beatrice Renau before 11:00 am on the departure date.

Privacy

The owners does not share your personal information with any third party, unless it is required to complete your booking, provide services to you, or settle your account.

General law

This Agreement shall be governed by the law of France.
